The development of Auburn Estates in White City, Oregon began in June of 2004. Initial design and planning, work was done by one of the state’s premiere architectural firms. The White City Planning Commission approved the development in October 2006. This development consists of 80 single family town-home style residences (64 town-homes and 16 town-home condominiums.), one 2600 square foot commercial site, and one 3000 square foot commercial site. This site will be completed in 2007-2008.
